Q. What services do HTN offers?
A. Halal Traders Network is designed for all traders to protect and appreciate their wealth through permissible trading and investing. We offer the following services for traders and brokers:

Q. What can I expect from the HTN signal service?
A. HTN leverages on its connection to institutional traders and investors for institutional grade trade ideas. These ideas are further analyzed for their resilience and profitability before sent to our traders for execution. Subscribed clients will then be notified.

Q. Can I opt for both email and SMS to receive my new signals?
A. All signals plan by default come with alerts via email and SMS. Please notify us if you prefer only email or SMS.

 

Q. When will I receive my signals?
A. Signals could come anytime within a 24 hour period Monday Friday. It all depends on what the market is doing.

 

Q: How does the signal look like?
A: We send the signals alert via SMS and email. The SMS message is very short and clear. It contains the following information:
Instrument
Buy/Sell
SL - Stop Loss
TP1 - Take Profit 1
TP 2 – Take Profit 2
The email details the chart and analysis for your further discretion.

 

Q: I didn’t receive a sign up email to the service, what should I do?
A: First check in your spam folder, then wait for a little while. If within 20 minutes you did not receive an email, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

Q: I’ve received the signal – what should I do, and how can I know if I should buy or sell?
A: When receiving a signal, first you will need to sign into your brokerage account and check the chart. Due to time zone difference, a trade might have moved before you know about it. That is why we only give the stop loss and take profits in the SMS. If price has moved too far from the stop loss, we suggest you place a pending order to capture the trade. If the trade is nearing the stop loss, then you have a better entry. Since our stop is on closed price, we recommend the use of price alerts. The signals email also details the time stop and hard stop for better trade management.

 

Q: Do you monitor the signal?
A: Yes. Our signals include trade management and you can be assured that our traders follow the trading signals until closing. If necessary – the Stop Loss and Take Profit rates are adjusted to reflect new market dynamics.

 

Q: Is this service suitable for day traders?
A: Our focus is to outperform the market. Therefore we only execute trade ideas that are most likely to generate alpha return, which may last few days to a few weeks. Once the trade moves in our favor, we manage it and take on new trades.

 

Q: What instruments will I get signals for?
A: We receive trade and investment ideas from institutional traders and investors. These ideas range from currencies, equities, indexes, and commodities.

 

Q. How many signals will I receive in a week?
A. HTN signal service offers 5 – 10 trading signals a month, so an average of 2 - 3 a week for 4 weeks.
